Raven Owen, the star of Our Yorkshire Farm and Our Farm Next Door, has made no secret of her disdain for Donald Trump following the news he’s set to return to the White House.

The More 4 star reposted a furious post targeting the soon-to-be returning US President after his victory over Kamala Harris, referencing his legal battles following allegations of sexual assault.

Trump was the subject of a lawsuit by American journalist E Jean Carroll who alleged in 2019 that the then-president had sexually assaulted her in 1995.

Trump denied the allegations and Carroll went on to submit a second lawsuit suing him for defamation.

Carroll was awarded $88.3 million in damages after a jury rejected claims of rape but found Trump liable for a lesser degree of sexual abuse, according to The Guardian. Both cases remain under appeal.

Trump went on to say on the social media site Truth in 2022: “For the record, E. Jean Carroll is not telling the truth, is a woman who I had nothing to do with, didn’t know, and would have no interest in knowing her if I ever had the chance.”

According to Vox, Carroll is joined by approximately 21 other women who have alleged misconduct towards the 78-year-old. Trump has always denied any wrongdoing, branding some accusers as “horrible, horrible liars”.

In the post shared by Owen – originally posted by a different author – there were two X quotes condemning Trump’s re-election and referencing the claims of sexual abuse that had been lodged against him.

One of the X posts was from actress Lili Reinhart, who’s best known for starring in the teen drama, Riverdale. She’d penned: “I cannot fathom the feeling of the women who came forward about their sexual assault at the hands of Trump. Seeing millions of people vote for their abuser. My heart absolutely breaks for these women. I believe you, and I am so sorry.”

The Instagram post also included an X quote by an account of the name @MansonInfoWars that read: “Rape allegations really ‘ruin a man’s life’ and yet you can still become president of the United States of America.”

The original post was shared by activist Maya Siegel who wrote in the accompanying caption: “Allowing a rapist and convicted felon to reclaim one of the world’s most powerful offices is insane, chilling, and personal.

“It signals to survivors that they don’t matter and normalizes a culture of sexual violence.

“We cannot accept this as normal. We have to believe that people are better than this. I know we are..”

Owen is far from the only famous British face to issue their damning verdicts on Trump’s re-election since news of his historic win was confirmed on Wednesday.

Model and actress Cara Delevingne reposted a social media update from a Harris supporter calling for “four years of hell” on “bigots and fascists” who supported Trump.

Elsewhere, comedian Jason Manford divided his fanbase after branding Trump a “psychopath” and Carol Vorderman was ridiculed for her blistering reaction to the results.

The former Countdown star pleaded “God help America” as she took aim at Trump’s voters and Brexiteers in the UK.

Meanwhile, her former Channel 4 colleague Susie Dent took a cryptic dig at the President-elect while ITV’s This Morning has been slammed for its “biased” coverage of the victory.

However, there have been a number of famous faces who’ve celebrated the fact Trump will soon be back in the White House.

Elon Musk rejoiced after the news while fellow supporters such as Dana White, Joe Rogan and Jake Paul were among the celebs who’d endorsed the 78-year-old for office.
