Toronto Police have charged a 14-year-old boy in connection with a jewelry store robbery on Oct. 30.
Cops say they responded to a robbery call at 8:23 p.m. in the Sheppard Avenue East and Don Mills Road area where it’s alleged three masked suspects entered a store and began smashing display cases with hammers and took jewelry.
Police allege one suspect fled on foot and the other two in an awaiting stolen vehicle which a short time later they located and attempted to stop.
Authorities allege the vehicle attempted to flee from officers and struck two vehicles. The two suspects reportedly fled on foot. Officers were able to locate, arrest and charge one 14-year-old boy with robbery with an offensive weapon, disguise with intent and possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000.

NAKED CYCLIST SOUGHT
York Regional Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a cyclist who allegedly committed an indecent act in Georgina on Oct. 31.
Cops allege around 1:30 p.m., the suspect, initially clothed, was biking in a field in the area of Kalevi Road and Narva Avenue but was observed by the victim a short time later completely naked and touching themselves.
The victim yelled at the suspect who then got dressed and fled by bike.
Authorities are appealing for the public’s help in identifying him as he is believed to have committed other indecent acts.
He’s described as a white male, 30 to 40 years old, with auburn and grey hair, standing 5-foot-10, weighing 180 pounds and wearing a grey sweater, cargo pants and white shoes, and riding a black bike.

FIREARM SEIZED
Halton cops responded to a shopping mall on Nov. 3 to a related call of individuals who had been reported shoplifting at a store the day prior.
Officers attempted but failed to stop the alleged suspect vehicle but the female driver, 26, mistakenly drove into a dead-end street and was forced to stop.
Cops say the male passenger, 25, fled from the vehicle, with officers pursuing him on foot. The suspect allegedly discarded a loaded handgun into a garbage can in a park but the weapon was recovered and the suspect caught.
Anthony Cosic was charged with three counts of fail to comply release order and three firearm-related offences.
Shadia Yusuf Noor, is charged with two counts of disobeying court order, flight from a peace officer and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
