First-time success is sweet, and repeat success brings satisfaction, as it has for Gordon Estates Management.
The Ballyclare-based company retained their title in 2024 as Property Management Company of the Year.
The judges said that Gordon’s “entry provides good examples under the innovation, challenges and value for money criteria” of the award.
Gordon said that their “submission demonstrates that we are one of the leading block/open space management agents dedicated to this industry sector”.
The company holds a varied portfolio across both residential and commercial properties in Northern Ireland. Recent developments they work with include Hazelbank Hall in Newtwonabbey, Fort Manor in Dromore and Bracken Bawn in Magherafelt.
Managing director Christopher Gordon said he was “absolutely delighted” after winning the award: “We won this last year and to retain it again this year is a great testament to the team and to all of our clients.”
He said the awards were a chance to celebrate the work of the whole company. “It’s the only chance where a property management company like ourselves get an opportunity to expose any way to promote ourselves and to look for any recognition in the industry.
“And this is a fantastic achievement to have done it again for our second year in a row.”
He described the company’s staff as the core of their success, and of any successful property company, saying he was “very lucky and blessed that I’ve got a great team behind me”.
Property management relies on strong relationships between people who own and use property and the companies that manage them.
Mr Gordon believes the back-to-back wins are built from strong relationships with their customers.
“Our clients respect and understand that we’re trying to do the best thing that we can do for them.
“Honesty, transparency and our team are the best things about ourselves.”
