The Canadiens ended their first 10-game segment of the NHL season on an embarrassing note — getting blown out 8-2 by the Seattle Kraken at the Bell Centre on Tuesday night.
The Kraken had scored eight goals total in their previous four games.
After the beating, Canadiens head coach Martin St. Louis said it was a tough game to evaluate and that he’d have to rewatch the video before pointing fingers.
Former Canadiens’ Rick Green and Chris Nilan didn’t have to rewatch the video to give their opinion on the team’s performance against the Kraken on this week’s Hockey Inside/Out Show as they join The Gazette’s Stu Cowan.
Green and Nilan also understand the frustration of fans who booed the Canadiens off the ice Tuesday night and they talk about what that felt like when they were players.
You can watch a new Hockey Inside/Out show every week, along with three bonus episodes featuring Green and Nilan.
