Emergency services are at the scene of a fire in Belfast city centre.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Road users and pedestrians are advised to avoid the Castle Lane area of Belfast City Centre due to a building on fire.
“A number of nearby commercial premises have been evacuated as a precaution.
“Emergency services are at the scene, and an update will be provided in due course.”
