BrewDog is offering a birthday treat that’ll get revellers celebrating, as the pub chain reveals a deal where the birthday individual can enjoy their drinks on the house.
The savvy offer lets those marking their special day indulge in any of the BrewDog’s draft beers, Wonderland cocktails or spirits with mixers for free throughout their visit. The catch?
They simply need to bring at least three mates along for the festivities. While the person honoured with the anniversary of their birth sips for free, their companions will pay the usual prices. But every time their friends buy a round, another free drink is lined up for the birthday guest.
Eager punters looking to snag this deal must book their table ahead of time and ensure their group is at four or more people strong, reports the Liverpool Echo.
One important note: you must arrange your booking within 14 days either side of your actual birthday, and don’t forget your ID to prove it’s really your day.
BrewDog’s Chief Marketing Officer Lauren Carrol shared her enthusiasm: “We know many Brits are stuck for things to do on their birthdays, but one thing we can all agree on is that a birthday pint is a necessity. We wanted to launch a birthday bar offer with a bang – and what’s better than free drinks? “.
Carrol added: “Whether you’re drowning your sorrows at turning another year older, or happily celebrating another year around the sun – you can celebrate (or commiserate) for free with us at BrewDog. We can’t wait to have all the birthday Brits join us for free drinks!”
But it’s not just BrewDog raising a glass to birthday bashes; numerous other pubs and eateries have similar offers for those clocking a new age.
Las Iguanas offers a complimentary ‘surprise birthday treat’ for those who subscribe to their newsletter. Make sure to sign up a week prior to your birthday and you could be treated to a free main course or bottle of bubbly.
Pizza Express Club members can also enjoy a birthday treat, depending on their membership tier. Bronze members are gifted a free dessert, silver members receive a complimentary pizza, while gold members have the choice between a bottle of Prosecco or wine, or a classic or Romana pizza.
Furthermore, if you subscribe to Bill’s newsletter at least a month before your birthday, you’ll be rewarded with a free bottle of Prosecco or an alcohol-free Cherry Blossom Spritz when you order a meal.
