A 46-year-old Toronto man is facing sexual assault and other charges after allegedly committing an indecent act on a TTC bus.
Toronto Police said that officers responded to a call about a man allegedly exposing himself on a TTC bus on Oct. 1 at about 5:30 p.m. in the Dufferin St.-St. Clair Ave. W. area.
After allegedly exposing himself, police said the suspect intentionally attempted to push his body against other passengers before fleeing.
David Roberts was arrested on Wednesday and charged with indecent act, failing to comply with a release order and two counts of sexual assault.
Police said they believe there may be other victims.
