Dragons’ Den star Sara Davies has left her fans gobsmacked with her impressive weight loss, having dropped three dress sizes and completely transformed her figure. The 40-year-old entrepreneur proudly showed off her new look after revealing the lifestyle changes that helped her slim down.
Attending the PeakeFest business event, Sara turned heads in a vibrant, full-length gown, her golden hair styled sleek and straight as she took to the stage. The photos shared on social media had her followers in awe, with one exclaiming: “Wow! You look amazing! ”
Remarkably, Sara has gone from a ‘size 16 to a size 12′. Earlier this year, she revealed her secret to dropping three dress sizes following an embarrassing incident on Dragons’ Den, as reported by The Mirror.
“I had to size up in all my clothes, and I was mortified. It was the biggest size I’d ever been wearing, and it really got to me,” she said in a candid chat with Closer magazine. “I stopped having chocolate and cakes, but also cut back on carbs and ate more veg than fruit.”
Sara also decided to quit drinking alcohol and reduce her sugar intake, even when out for the evening with her fellow Dragons. She elaborated: “During filming we go for dinner as a pack of Dragons, and Peter Jones has very nice, expensive taste in wine, but I feel so much better for cutting it out.” In a separate interview with The Mirror, Sara previously spoke on the pressures of being a business owner too.”

Amidst hiring top-tier professionals for a colossal restructuring endeavour, including drafting in a digitally-savvy CEO, Sara revealed to The Mirror: “I’m just going to be really honest, it has been a rough couple of years. And I kind of don’t want to shy away from that because I always feel, especially with my role on Dragons’ Den, I’ve got that responsibility of being a bit of a role model. I’ve had to work harder than I ever have in my life.”
