Two men have been charged with first-degree murder in a fatal weekend stabbing in Scarborough, and a third man is sought.
Toronto Police said officers responded on Saturday at about 6:45 p.m. to a call for a stabbing in the Finch Ave. E. and Brimley Rd. area.
Police alleged there was an altercation and a man was stabbed. Officers found a victim with injuries and life-saving measures were performed. The victim, identified as 51-year-old Clayton Hunte, of Toronto, was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Monday, Davon Christopher Knight, 22, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
Haywood Chan, 23, of Markham, was arrested and charged with the same offence on Wednesday.
Investigators said Nelson Luong, 20, of Markham, is wanted for first-degree murder.

4 CHARGED WITH HIGH-END VEHICLE THEFT, MISSISSAUGA HOME INVASION
Four Greater Toronto Area males, including a teen, have been charged after an early morning home invasion in Mississauga where luxury vehicles were targeted.
Peel Regional Police alleged that on Wednesday at about 5 a.m. multiple suspects forced their way into a home near Ninth Line and Tacc Dr. while the residents were sleeping.
Once inside, the accused allegedly demanded the keys to two luxury vehicles parked in the driveway.
“Fearing for their safety, the victims turned over the keys and the suspects drove away,” Peel cops said in a news release. “Fortunately, none of the victims involved sustained any physical injuries as a result of the robbery.”
The suspects were found nearby in Oakville and, following a foot pursuit, all four were arrested.
Jordan Tower, 18, of Mississauga, was charged with robbery, disguised with intent, possession of property obtained by crime, possession of break-in instruments, and failing to comply with a release order.
At the time of his arrest, Tower was bound by a previous court order stemming from prior charges of possession of stolen property and possession of a prohibited weapon.
Jelani Griffith, 20, of Brampton, was charged with robbery, disguise with intent, possession of property obtained by crime, and possession of break-in instruments.
Jordan Stanley, 20, of Burlington, was charged with possession of stolen property.
A 17-year-old from Brampton has been charged with robbery, disguise with intent, possession of property obtained by crime, and possession of break-in instruments.
He can’t be named as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Police said both vehicles were recovered along with a third vehicle that was allegedly stolen during a separate carjacking in Toronto on Sept. 26.
The investigation remains ongoing, and police anticipate more charges could be laid.

SEVERN MAN CHARGED WITH SEX ASSAULT AGAINST GIRL, 14
Provincial police in Orillia have charged a 21-year-old Severn Township man after he allegedly lied about his age and sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl.
According to the Ontario Provincial Police’s Orillia Detachment, officers received information on Monday regarding a sex assault and interference incident.
Police learned that in June, the accused allegedly told a group of younger female youths that he was 17 years old, then provided them alcohol and had sexual intercourse with a girl.
Police said that additional victims have since come forward and police believe that there could be additional victims.
Ty Arends has been charged with assault cause bodily harm – choke, suffocate or strangle, sexual interference and sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age.

LOADED WEAPONS SEIZED, OSHAWA MAN CHARGED IN YORK REGION
Police in York Region seized two loaded weapons and arrested an Oshawa man following a traffic stop in King Township.
York Regional Police said officers were conducting proactive patrol on Monday at about 11:50 p.m. in the Hwy. 27 and King Rd. area. A vehicle was stopped with one occupant and police determined that the male driver allegedly failed to comply with conditions from previous charges.
The suspect was arrested and, during a search, two loaded firearms were found in the vehicle.
Troy DaCosta, 30, of Oshawa was charged with 12 offences.
Police said he was out on conditions related to previous weapons charges at the time of the offence.

VEHICLE INFO RELEASED IN SEARCH FOR T.O. MAN SOUGHT FOR ASSAULT
Investigators have released vehicle and licence information of a 57-year-old Toronto man wanted for assault.
Toronto Police said officers responded to an assault call on Monday at about 7:15 a.m. in the Victoria Park Ave. and Dawes Rd. area. Police said that the accused and victim were inside a residence when the accused allegedly assaulted and threatened the victim.
Terrence Allen is wanted for assault cause bodily harm, assault – choking, assault with a weapon, forcible confinement and utter threats cause death.
He is described as 6-feet with a medium build, short grey hair, a grey beard and blue eyes.
Additionally, police believe the suspect was driving a 2012 red Buick Verano with Ontario licence plate CYBM 365.

CHARGES LAID IN CONNECTION WITH RICHMOND HILL SEXUAL ASSAULT
A 28-year-old Toronto man has been charged with sexual assault in Richmond Hill.
York Regional Police said officers responded on Monday at about 3 p.m. to reports of a sexual assault in the Red Maple Rd. and High Tech Rd. area.
Police alleged that the accused exposed himself to the alleged victim and then touched them with his genitals.
Cops received a second call regarding the same suspect allegedly committing a theft in the immediate area.
Police said officers found the accused and, while placing him under arrest, cops alleged that the suspect resisted arrest and became combative, allegedly assaulting one of the officers and causing minor injuries.
Investigators have released an image of the accused as they believe there are additional victims.
Shivraj Benjamin was charged with sexual assault, indecent act, theft under $5,000, assault peace officer, assault with intent to resist arrest, and disobey lawful order of the court.
At the time of the incident, police said he was on a release order for another alleged incident of assaulting a peace officer.
