Officially marking the start of the festive season, Greggs has announced the return of its Sweet Mince Pies in shops nationwide from today, along with the launch of brand-new Halloween menu items. Vegan lovers of Greggs can also savour a festive favourite, as the vegan-friendly mince pie recipe consists of shortcrust pastry, filled with a mincemeat made from vine fruits, Bramley apple, candied orange and lemon peel.
The new Pumpkin Biscuit, a ginger biscuit coated in Fairtrade milk chocolate, is available from £1.25. The Spooky Bun, a vanilla flavour fairy bun dipped in fondant icing and topped with sugar decorations is also available from £1. For Greggs fans organising fright fests for friends and family this Halloween, the Spooky Bun is also available as a pack of four from £3.15.
Those looking to raise the festive and Halloween feels will be able to enjoy one of Greggs’ hot drink offerings alongside the purchase of a single Sweet Mince Pie, Pumpkin Biscuit or Spooky Bun as part of the Sweet and Hot Drink Deal. Starting from £2.85, Greggs fans can pair one of the sweet menu items with a hot drink, including the Pumpkin Spice Latte and Salted Caramel Latte, as well as the Orange Mocha and Orange Hot Chocolate.
