A Primark shopper was disappointed after failing to find an item she had her heart set on during a recent shopping spree. Despite the holiday season being over, many are still eager to escape the British autumn weather.
TikToker Alice (@Alicelambertb) shared her quest to buy a suitcase at her local Primark she had set her sights on for an upcoming trip. In a newly posted video, she explained that her current suitcase had “melted” at the wheels, forcing her to buy a replacement.
Primark’s £35 Hard Shell Multi it Luggage Suitcase had piqued her interest after appearing “all over” her TikTok feed. The high street store offers two different size options, as well as a smaller Vanity Suitcase for £20.
Determined to secure the case, Alice headed to the section in her local Primark that was full of suitcases, only to find out she was seemingly too late. The suitcase she wanted was sold out and nowhere to be seen, with only the hard-shelled Vanity Cases on the shelves, reports the Mirror.
As she exited the store empty-handed, she told viewers: “I’m so upset”. Unwilling to settle for anything less than her dream leopard-print case, she asked: “Should I try another Primark?”
In the comments section, one follower responded: “Oooo I’ve seen that case. It’s so stunning and you’d spot it straight away at the airport!” Another suggested: “Primark online tells you where they are in stock! Don’t give up!”
Others offered help by recommending the Click and Collect service available in Primark stores. This service offers online browsing with the option to have items reserved for collection at a local store.
