Channing Tatum was proud as punch this weekend after his daughter scooped two trophies at an Irish dancing competition.
The Blink Twice actor stepped out to support 11-year-old Everly, his daughter with ex-wife Jenna Dewan, at the St Ambrose Fall Feis in Los Angeles.
And Everly was one of the stars of the show, taking home two large trophies after the feis – the Irish word for ‘festival’.
Dancing is clearly in Everly’s blood after her parents met on the set of dance drama flick Step Up, while Channing also showed off his moves in Magic Mike.
Channing took to Instagram to share some sweet father-daughter snaps, commending his only child on her big achievement.
He shared photos of Everly decked out in her Irish dancing gear, including a green and gold dress and a green tiara to jazz up her towering hair.
The 44-year-old, who is now engaged to his Blink Twice co-star Zoe Kravitz, also posed with her prizes while wearing a T-shirt reading ‘Evie’s Pit Crew’.
Captioning the post, the proud father wrote: “There is absolutely no words for how proud I am of this lil’ girl!!! I’m freaking out maaaaannn!!!!”
Friends and fans flocked to the comments section to congratulate Everly and show their love for her dad’s snaps.
Ryan Reynolds wrote: “That’s gotta feel good”.
Retired wrestler Kevin Nash said: “Nothing touches our hearts deeper than our children’s success. Congratulations Everly.”
And Josh Brolin added: “Yesssss!!! No better feeling in the world!”
Everly’s mum Step Up star Jenna Dewan also attended the feis and shared her pride on her Instagram Stories.
Alongside a photo of her daughter, she wrote: “YESSSS EVIEEEEEE!!! So proud of you!! Loved watching you shine so bright up there!”
Irish social media users were both delighted and confused when they saw Channing’s post, sharing their excitement about the revelation that the A-lister is a ‘feis dad’.
One person mused: “My head is spinning at Channing Tatum being a feis dad.
“Need a sequel to Magic Mike where he moves to Ireland and starts stripping to Cormac Begley tunes. Working title — Magic Mike: Getting Jiggy with it.”
Another person commented: “Aw WHAT how dotey. Fair play to the girl too, looks like she did well lol.”
And someone else added: “This is WILD but I love it!”
