The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) said it received a 999 call at 7:55am following reports of an incident in the Balloo Link Area.
“NIAS despatched two Emergency Ambulance Crews, and the Charity Air Ambulance with HEMS on board were also tasked to the incident.
“No one was taken from scene.”
A Sainsbury’s spokesperson said the superstore is currently closed to support the emergency services.
“We will reopen as soon as possible and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause,” they added.
