A Filton hotel is reopening after a multi-million pound revamp. The Holiday Inn Bristol Filton is set to re-open in October having made huge upgrades to the public spaces, 211 bedrooms, fitness and leisure facilities and 18 meeting rooms.

The hotel has unveiled a first look ‘sneak peek’ at the new Open Lobby including a stylish new full-service bar and restaurant and a comfortable lounge area serving Starbucks. Guests will find a thoughtfully designed multi-faceted space to eat, drink, work, relax or socialise with a wide range of seating options, versatile menu and handy plug points.

The Holiday Inn Bristol Filton is set in peaceful and scenic landscaped grounds featuring a lake. It is a 10-minute drive from the M4 and 15 minutes from the M5 with easy access to London, Birmingham and south Wales.

Bristol Parkway train station is a 10 minute drive and just walking distance to Bristol Business Park and UWE. Other popular attractions nearby include The Wave Surf Park, Bristol Zoo Project, Planet Ice and Aerospace Bristol.

The hotel features 18 meeting and event spaces with capacity for up to 260 delegates, 300 parking spaces and a well-maintained leisure club with an indoor pool, gym and saunas. This work and opening completes the first phase of the Holiday Inn Bristol Filton project with further refurbishments due to be unveiled in the coming months including improved leisure facilities, meeting rooms and the full extent of the bedroom upgrades.
