Amazon is gearing up for its Big Deal Days sale with a fantastic offer for music lovers. The retail giant has confirmed its next site-wide sales event will be held on October 8-9, featuring price cuts on thousands of items in exclusive deals for Amazon Prime members.

To mark the occasion, Amazon is kicking things off early by providing access to more than 100 million songs on Amazon Music Unlimited free for four months. Amazon Music Unlimited is the brand’s own music streaming platform that rivals Apple Music and Spotify, featuring countless songs from the biggest artists, new and old, including Oasis, Taylor Swift, The Beatles and Sabrina Carpenter.

The platform boasts countless music, ad-free podcasts, offline listening with unlimited skips and high-quality HD and spatial audio from your smartphone, tablet or laptop. It also features a library of sleep sounds for those who have difficulty falling asleep at night, The Mirror reports.

While premium subscriptions to Apple Music and Spotify now cost £10.99 and £11.99 a month respectively, Amazon’s latest offer allows you to enjoy Amazon Music Unlimited free for four months. This would usually cost Prime members £39.96, but you can sign up here to take advantage of this fantastic deal before it ends at 4pm on October 10.

The offer is also open to non-Prime members, who can get Amazon Music Unlimited for three months. To claim the deal, you can sign up here and get an Amazon Prime subscription here, which costs £8.99 a month – or £95 a year – after a 30-day free trial.

The Amazon Music Unlimited deal is only available for new members and cannot be claimed by those currently in a free trial of Amazon Music Unlimited, already a paying customer or those who have previously claimed a free trial. After the promotional period, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly price of £9.99 for Prime members or £10.99 for non-Prime members, at which point you’re free to cancel.

Elsewhere, Currys customers can get up to three months of free Apple Music with the new AirPods 4, which are now available to buy now from £129, while Spotify provides new users with a three-month free trial of its Premium Individual plan.
