The Essex County OPP is investigating after a bronze propeller worth approximately $20,000 was stolen from a business in the Municipality of Leamington earlier this month.

Officers received a report on Sept. 9 regarding a break and enter that occurred at a business located on Milo Road several days earlier.

During the investigation, officers discovered that several individuals had gained entry to the fenced-in property during a two-hour window between 11 p.m. on Sept. 5 and 1 a.m. on Sept 6.

Investigators with the Essex County OPP reported that during this time, the suspects managed to remove the bronze propeller from the property. A small sedan towing a trailer was also seen in the area at the time, which is believed to be connected to the incident.
