Prince Harry is “quaking in his boots” according to royal commentator Helena Chard, as a US court has ruled his visa application documents must be made public by Tuesday.

The Duke of Sussex faces a major setback in his ongoing visa battle, with Judge Carl Nichols ordering the release of redacted immigration records.

Three of the four documents will be disclosed following a Freedom of Information request by the Heritage Foundation.

The conservative think tank has questioned whether Harry truthfully disclosed his past drug use when applying for US residency.

Judge Carl Nichols initially ruled in 2024 that Harry’s immigration records should remain sealed, citing the prince’s “legitimate privacy interest in his immigration status”.

However, the judge has now ordered the Department of Homeland Security to release portions of the files with certain details withheld.

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS

Speaking to GB News, Helena Chard explained: “Trump’s border security and the application of rules are among his priorities. I do see Harry as a pawn for Trump, collateral damage.

“So, everyone’s waiting to see what happens. Tuesday is D-Day. Apparently, there are four documents, and three of them will be released. So, we’re all waiting to hear: has he entered the country illegally? Did he lie on his visa form?

“What we do know is that the Heritage Foundation, specifically Niall Gardiner, has really been pushing this forward.

“He’s from the Tory think tank, and he believes there are some dodgy dealings going on. We don’t know if Prince Harry is quaking in his boots.

“He quit being a working royal did he get preferential treatment? We don’t know. There could be possible misconduct.

“DHS says that releasing the paperwork won’t shed any light on how things work, but there are also thoughts that he might have entered on a special visa.

“This is an A1 visa, which deals with immigration paperwork. It’s a special kind of visa for heads of state and royals. Prince Harry could have entered on that, but we’re waiting to hear.

“It’s D-Day tomorrow. And Niall Gardiner has been the driving force behind this.”

GETTY

Despite the controversy surrounding Prince Harry’s visa status, former President Donald Trump has ruled out any plans to deport him.

Speaking to the New York Post in February, Trump said, “I’ll leave him alone.”

This comes despite Trump previously telling the Daily Express that he “wouldn’t protect him,” citing Harry’s alleged betrayal of the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The investigation into Harry’s visa application, which had been officially concluded in September, was reportedly reopened just weeks after Donald Trump was inaugurated as the new US President.
