Meghan Markle has revealed an intimate nightly tradition she shares with Prince Harry called “nightcap recaps”.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, made the candid admission in an interview shortly after her Netflix series was released on March 4.
After their nightcap ritual, the couple often settle in to watch television together.
Meghan shared: “We love Shrinking; we just finished Black Doves, and we’re excited for the new season of The White Lotus.”

The Duchess also revealed that they make time for each other during the day, sharing quiet lunches together when possible in what they call “day dates”.
This glimpse into their private life comes as Meghan promotes her new Netflix show, “With Love, Meghan”, which premiered recently.
Meghan revealed that returning to her entrepreneurial roots has reignited something special in their relationship while talking to People magazine.
She said: “My husband met me when I had The Tig, and I see this spark in his eye when he sees me doing the thing that I was doing when he first met me.”

She added: “It’s almost like a honeymoon period again. Because it’s exactly how it was in the beginning when he’d watch me scribbling away, writing newsletters, fine-tuning edits and just really being in the details of it.”
In her Netflix series, the Duchess spoke about the importance of being present as a parent.
“It’s a real delight in being able to be a present parent. And it’s a luxury sometimes because we all have to work,” she said.
Prince Harry made a brief appearance in the finale of Meghan’s eight-episode Netflix series when the Duke of Sussex was spotted at a sunny outdoor brunch organised by Meghan, alongside her mother Doria Ragland.

“Oh there he is,” Meghan said as Harry arrived wearing a casual linen shirt and jeans.
The couple displayed affection as Meghan huddled up to her husband, asking “good, right?” about the spread of food and drinks.
“Well done,” Harry assured her. “You did a great job. I love it.”
He was later seen proudly raising a glass as Meghan thanked guests for their support.
