Four people face charges after police allegedly found drugs and counterfeit U.S. cash in a vehicle that refused to stop for cops last week.
Toronto Police said that officers spotted a speeding vehicle in the Jane-Wilson Sts. area around 9 p.m. last Tuesday.
When police signalled the driver to pull over, the vehicle allegedly kept going. However, they managed to get the vehicle to stop with the help of other officers, said Toronto Police.
Officers found cocaine, oxycodone and counterfeit U.S. money in the vehicle, according to the allegations.
Britney Graca, 24, of Cambridge; Marlon Downey 31, of Brampton; Shahyaan Chowdhury, 22, of Milton; and Brooke Dawe, 20, of Toronto, face a variety of charges.
None of the allegations have been tested in court.
