A “miracle” pillow spray described as a “life-changing” product is on offer for £19.50. ASOS has discounted This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray 75ml from £24, offering shoppers nearly 20% off.
The “soothing” spray is also available from Boots for £24 — in great news for shoppers keen to top up their Advantage Card points. The pillow spray is designed to help people fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more refreshed.
This Works explains: “Our award-winning, natural, aromatherapeutic Superblend of Lavender, Camomile and Vetivert calms both mind and body, soothing you to sleep. Simply spritz your pillow before you sleep.”
An independent study of 200 subjects found that 89% of users fell asleep faster than normal, and 98% felt more refreshed in the morning. The spray has also received glowing reviews.
A review titled ‘Night time miracle worker’ on Boots’ website reads: “This lightly fragranced spray is the medicine-free answer to a good night’s rest. Spritz onto your pillow, drift off to sleep and wake refreshed. I have used this for six months and have never felt better; worth every penny.”
A second fan said: “It’s like a miracle. Sleep really well now after years of not doing so didn’t want to take drugs so glad I found this product.” Another shared: “I brought this a couple of weeks ago and I fell in love I tend to use it when I’m having a hard time falling asleep so I spray it over my bedsheets and I instantly feel relaxed as the scent is so comforting.”
Meanwhile, a different reviewer added: “I am someone who really really struggles to sleep, and I received this as a gift for my birthday may I say this is so life changing as soon as I spray it on my pillow I go to sleep pretty much instantly I am on my second bottle but soon to buy my third. It may not work for everyone but for me it has changed my sleeping routine as I go to sleep and wake up at reasonable times.”
However, not all of the feedback was positive, reports the Mirror. Someone replied: “Was really excited to try this after reading earlier reviews. Unfortunately this spray had no effect on my poor sleeping whatsoever. I tried it over the space of a week hoping that the effects might build up but to no avail. The only positive thing I can say about this product is that the smell is great.”
A second commented: “Disappointing! I was optimistic after having read many of the reviews about this spray that all my sleep problems would be solved. Wrong!! It had little or no effect on me at all, and I shall return to using another product I’ve used in the past which helps, and is less than half the price. Also, not keen on the fragrance, I found it somewhat medicinal!”
Another wrote: “I was really looking forward to this product as I had read a lot of positive reviews. It’s smells good but it just doesn’t help me get to sleep quicker or help my sleep quality. Within a couple of minutes I can’t even smell it.”
