Three men in their 20s face a slew of firearms offences related to a stolen vehicle investigation in Mississauga.
Peel Regional Police say officers in the area of Invader Cr. – near Tomken Rd. and Courtneypark Dr. E. – investigated the occupants of a stolen vehicle who allegedly fled the scene but were taken into custody a short time later on Feb. 8.
Cops allege two of the individuals were in possession of loaded firearms.
Kyrel Dawkins, 21, of Ajax, faces four charges, including failure to comply with a release order.
Syrus Hamilton, 24, of Toronto, who had previously been released on an order from firearms-related charges, face seven theft and firearms-related charges plus one each of possession of a firearm contrary to a court order and breach of probation.
Damar Abrahams, 23, of Brampton, who had previously been released on an order from firearms and stolen vehicle-related charges, faces seven theft and firearms-related charges plus one each of possession of firearm contrary to a court order and breach of probation.
