The Danish Royal Family have released two new portraits of the young Princess to mark the major milestone, with experts pointing out similarities between the royal and her mother.
Queen Mary is often compared to Princess Kate for their similar appearance and inspiring fashion sense.

The Danish Royal Family captioned the post: “On Monday, 21st April 2025 (2nd Easter Day), Her Royal Highness Princess Isabella turns 18. Read more about the birthday celebrations in this post. The new portraits of the Princess were taken by Steen Evald.”
Isabella wore a selection of jewellery, including on-trend gold teardrop studs, a gold bangle, and a gold ring featuring a green stone.

As Isabella approaches adulthood, a leading art auction house has told GB News that she will likely be included in comparisons between the British and Danish female figures.

The art expert told the People’s Channel that Isabella and Princess Kate have “similar bone structure and gentle expressions” but noted that the resemblance is less striking.
