Married At First Sight Australia has finally hit UK screens after its initial release in January. The popular reality TV series began airing on E4 on Monday, 3 March and will continue over the forthcoming weeks.

A fresh batch of couples is set to tie the knot, with experts John Aiken, Mel Schilling, and Alessandra Rampolla guiding them as they embark on their new marital journeys. The latest series is brimming with drama, and MAFS enthusiasts are already speculating which couples have managed to sustain their relationships.

One couple who appeared particularly smitten were Carina Mirabile and Paul Antoine. However, the pair have experienced a rollercoaster of emotions on the show, leaving fans curious about whether they’ve managed to maintain their relationship off-screen.

As MAFS participants are prohibited from revealing their relationship status until the series concludes, neither Carina nor Paul have officially commented on their marital situation. However, observant fans have noted that the duo haven’t been spotted together since filming concluded in December.

Paul recently celebrated his birthday in Sydney, and while some of his MAFS colleagues were present, Carina was notably absent. Instead, she was seen spending time in Melbourne with other stars from MAFS Australia, reports OK!

Adding fuel to the speculation, it was observed in a recent Instagram video that Paul was not wearing his wedding ring, leading to concerns that his marriage to Carina may have ended.

Speaking on The MAFS Funny podcast, Carina recently disclosed that she and Paul are definitely still in touch. She elaborated: “Paul and I check in on each other every single day and make sure that we’re both okay.”

This year’s MAFS Australia features several couples, including Lauren and Eliot, Jamie and Dave, Katie and Tim, Sierah and Billy, Awhina and Adrian, Rhi and Jeff, Ashleigh and Jake, Tony and Morena, Jacqui and Ryan, Lauren and Clint, Teejay and Beth, alongside Carina and Paul.

The Final Test Week introduces a novel element in the series. This week presents couples with the unprecedented chance to exchange partners, a first for the show.

The producers of MAFS have hinted at more details regarding the twist, which is billed as “an international MAFS first, where the participants will be confronted with the age-old question, ‘Is the grass greener on the other side?'”

Married at First Sight Australia starts tonight and airs Monday to Thursday on E4 at 9pm. Or catch-up on episodes on All4.
