“We have tremendous death taking place as we speak, and I don’t want to have that. Think of the parents – whether they are in Russia or Ukraine – think of the parents of all of these people being killed – this should have never started if I was President, this would have never have started.”

In the end we all want peace but repeatedly keeping it alive by supplying weapons in an unwinnable situation is madness.

There’s a lot of sympathy for Zelensky and the attack on his clothes was unnecessary.

Now I didn’t really like the way Zelensky was treated on camera towards the end, but watch the full press conference.

Donald Trump has proved himself to be forgiving of insults otherwise Keir Starmer would be in serious trouble and Zelensky was unwise to bite the hands that feeds him.
