• The all-new Dodge Charger Daytona is the only all-wheel-drive muscle car
  • Drift/Donut Mode allows the Charger to switch to rear-wheel drive for snow-filled hooning fun
  • Standard Wet/Snow Mode and a mechanical limited-slip differential maximize traction in icy conditions

Dodge is putting an end to winter boredom with the all-new, all-electric Charger Daytona, the world’s only all-wheel-drive muscle car. Tested in Michigan’s frigid Upper Peninsula, the new Charger doesn’t just survive in the snow — it thrives and delivers big smiles, thanks to its big power.

The 670-hp Charger Daytona Scat Pack and the 496-hp Charger Daytona R/T are engineered to dominate, with advanced technology for stability and traction in harsh conditions. Standard on all next-gen Charger models, Wet/Snow Mode manages power distribution, balancing torque between the front and rear wheels to maximize grip on ice and snow. This, combined with Electronic Stability Control, regenerative braking, and traction control, enhances driver confidence in unpredictable winter weather.

The Charger Daytona features a mechanical limited-slip differential on the rear axle to further boost cold-weather capability. Unlike an open differential, which allows a slipping wheel to spin freely, this system ensures power is evenly distributed to both rear wheels. The result is improved traction, whether launching from a stop or navigating icy corners. Additionally, every Charger Daytona — whether two-door or four-door, electric or gas-powered — comes standard with all-wheel drive, making it the only muscle car designed to handle winter conditions as well as it handles the drag strip.

Hooning in the snow? Dodge has that covered.

For drivers who see fresh snowfall as an open invitation to have fun, the Charger Daytona’s Drift/Donut Mode transforms the muscle car into a winter playground must-have. With Electronic Stability Control fully disabled and adjustable traction control intervention, the system switches the car into rear-wheel drive, allowing controlled slides and effortless donuts. As a friendly reminder, all this works on dry pavement, too.

The bottom line is that the Daytona delivers old-school muscle car excitement with modern engineering.

With gas-powered Dodge Charger SIXPACK models arriving later in 2025, Dodge ensures that whether drivers prefer electric propulsion or internal combustion, the next-generation Charger lineup is built for all-season muscle.
