Primark has announced when every single UK shopper will be able to take advantage of its popular Click and Collect service. Only certain stores across the country have rolled out the scheme in stores, but by summer 2025, all 186 shops will have it.
Today (February 26) marks the day 18 more stores were granted access to the retailer’s Click and Collect service. This brings the total number to 131, with only 55 stores left to be updated by summer this year. The Click and Collect service is a hit with millions of fans. It enables customers to order items online and pick them up from their nearest Primark store two days later at a time that suits them.
It is free, but shoppers must spend a minimum of £10 to be eligible. Since Primark does not offer home delivery, this method of buying is currently the next best option for people who prefer online shopping.
The retailer mentioned that this service allows customers to explore new and broader selections that may not be available in their nearby stores. Shoppers can now explore more than 3,000 products online, featuring clothing for women, men, and kids, in addition to home and lifestyle collections.
The high street chain also highlights that customers can discover new and expanded selections that may not be available in their nearby stores. This includes its new collection of adaptive clothing, created in collaboration with designer and disability advocate Victoria Jenkins.

Commenting on the Click and Collect update, Primark UK retail director Kari Rodgers said: “We know that our customers love the convenience that Click and Collect offers, as well as the opportunity to access ranges otherwise only found in larger stores. With the rollout now due to be complete in time for summer, we hope this will help make summer holiday shopping that little bit easier.”
On Primark’s website, a statement reads: “You asked, we listened! You can now Click and Collect an extended range of women’s, men’s, kids’, baby and homeware products from the stores listed below. We’ve expanded our Click and Collect service to include 131 stores across Great Britain.
“Check the store list below to see if your local store now offers Click and Collect. Can’t see yours just yet? Keep checking back to find your nearest available location.” You can visit Primark’s website here to see full list of the stores with the service active.
Primark introduced its Click and Collect service in November 2022, starting with 25 locations across the North West, North Wales, and parts of Yorkshire. Despite numerous customer requests for an online delivery option, the retailer has consistently stated that home delivery will “never happen”.
In April of the previous year, the retailer announced plans to implement its Click and Collect service in all stores by the end of 2025. They mentioned that the continued growth of this service is just one aspect of Primark’s broader investments in its stores, as the company seeks to enhance convenience and options for shoppers, providing more incentives to visit their local Primark and high street.
