A man in his 60s has died following a blaze at a house in Co Down.
Emergency services were called to reports of a fire in the Greenan Road area close to Poyntzpass shortly before 4.30am this morning.
Firefighters in breathing apparatus extinguished the blaze a short time later.

Police remained at the scene this morning as they carry out enquiries.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police can confirm that a man aged in his 60s has died following a fire at a residential property in the Greenan Road area of Poyntzpass in the early hours of this morning.
“Enquiries are ongoing; however at this stage, it is not believed that the death is suspicious.”
