U.S. President Donald Trump posted what appears to be an AI-generated video to his Truth Social account on Wednesday that shows the transformation of Gaza into a resort-like area, featuring a massive golden Donald Trump statue.
The video also shows Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lounging shirtless on a beach, and Elon Musk eating food, walking through a shower of money and more.
The video begins by showing AI-generated clips of a war-torn Gaza. There is rubble in the streets and a child running from men carrying guns. These opening clips are overlaid with text that reads “Gaza 2025” in large green letters followed by “What’s Next?” written in red, white and blue. The scene then transitions from two men walking through rubble to a family walking to a beach, with skyscrapers on the horizon.
After this, a song begins to play over a montage of beaches and city streets. The song praises Trump and claims that, “Donald is coming to set you free.”
It is at this point that a shot of Elon Musk dipping some bread in what appears to be hummus is shown, followed by a quick shot of some bearded belly dancers dancing on a beach, as the background music declares that “Trump Gaza is finally here.”
There’s a child holding a large golden balloon in the shape of Trump’s face, followed by more resort beaches, then a clip of Trump dancing in a club with a woman.
Towards the end of the video, there is a sequence of shots showcasing a massive golden Trump statue followed by a bunch of golden merchandise featuring Trump’s face, then Musk walking away from a clapping crowd as money rains down on him.
The video closes out by zooming into a shot of Trump and Netanyahu lying on a beach resort in their swimsuits, sipping some drinks as the song concludes with: “Trump Gaza, number one!”
This video comes after a press conference featuring Trump and Netanyahu three weeks ago, where the U.S. president talked about plans of owning the Gaza Strip.
“The U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip, and we will do a job with it, too,” Trump said. “We’ll own it and be responsible for dismantling all of the dangerous unexploded bombs and other weapons on the site, level the site and get rid of the destroyed buildings — level it out. Create an economic development that will supply unlimited numbers of jobs and housing for the people of the area. Do a real job. Do something different.”
He said he wants to turn Gaza into the “Riviera of the Middle East.”
On Friday, Trump told Fox News that he won’t force the expulsion of Palestinians from Gaza, he’s just suggesting the U.S. take over the region.
“The way to do it is my plan. I think that’s the plan that really works. But I’m not forcing it. I’m just going to sit back and recommend it,” he said.
