Snooker legend Ronnie O’Sullivan has put his £2million East London-Essex mansion up for sale following his split from actress Laila Rouass, according to reports.

The seven-time world champion and Rouass ended their 13-year relationship back in December.

O’Sullivan has moved out of the 3,000 square feet property, which is currently occupied by Rouass.

The former couple had previously separated and reconciled, but the house sale appears to mark a final end to their relationship.

O’Sullivan has relocated to a bachelor pad nearby.

The property, which O’Sullivan purchased for £1.4million in 2018, could net the snooker star a significant profit at its current listing price.

The five-bedroom mansion features three bathrooms and a wine cellar, as well as a garden. It also spans 3,000 square feet.

A source told the Daily Mail: “They looked good together wherever they went and had many happy times in that house. But it’s all over now and they both recognise that.”

Friends had been hoping for a reconciliation between the pair, who had previously split and reunited.

“Their friends had been hoping they would get back together as they had split before and re-united,” they added.

“But they have decided today to sell their home and that really does signal a definitive end to their relationship.”

The decision to sell appears to mark a conclusive end to their relationship, with both parties moving forward separately.

O’Sullivan has settled into his new accommodation, which includes a snooker table.

“Ronnie has a new place and has got himself a snooker table there,” a friend revealed.

The property sale is proceeding amicably between the former couple.

“They are selling the house together. It’s all agreed and should work out financially without any problems,” they added.

“They had some very happy years there, Ronnie was successful in his snooker and Laila was in some great TV dramas like Footballers Wives and Life isn’t all Ha Ha Hee Hee.”

The mansion is ideally located near O’Sullivan’s favourite running spot, Epping Forest, and also boasts excellent transport connections to central London.

A Central Line station is just ten minutes away from the home.

O’Sullivan, meanwhile, has been absent from recent snooker tournaments – leading to suggestions that retirement could be on the cards.
