The Bristol energy firm Ovo is moving from its HQ near Temple Meads station after over a decade. The company has signed off on a new 22,894 sq ft space in the Crescent building on Temple Back.
The new building includes an innovative café with a garden terrace, a decked external area, a rooftop extension, and three private roof terraces. The location also has a cycle park hosting 164 spaces and an on-site fitness studio, exemplifying the building’s modern appeal.
Julia Diggs, VP People at Ovo, said: “We’ve been working hard searching for a space that truly reflects our culture, our commitment to zero-carbon living, and the way we work. Bristol has been Ovo’s home since 2014 and we’re proud to be part of the community.”

She further stressed the importance of collaborative design to accommodate both immediate and future needs: “We’ll be collaborating with our people to ensure the office design serves our people and needs today while evolving with us to meet the demands of the future.”
Ovo has become the inaugural tenant of the revamped Crescent building, a project spearheaded by CEG. The transaction was facilitated by Savills.
Chris Meredith of Savills said: “Securing Ovo as a tenant at such an early stage in the marketing process is testament to the quality of building which Crescent offers together with the outstanding amenities enhanced reception area and sustainability credentials. We look forward to seeing Ovo take occupation and make Crescent their new home.”
