The Canadiens headed into the 4 Nations Face-Off break in the NHL schedule with a 25-26-5 record and they were 1-7-1 in their last nine games. They’re only three points ahead of their pace last season when they had a 22-26-8 record after 56 games.

With 26 games left in the season, can they still be “in the mix” for a playoff spot or are they going to be in the NHL Draft lottery for the fourth straight year?
