In preparations for National Margarita Day, Sarah Annett, Supervisor at the Seahorse Restaurant in the Grand Central Hotel shows us how to make a Spicy Margarita.

This Margarita has a spicy twist on the classic cocktail, which is typically made from tequila, triple sec and lime juice.

In this spicy edition, Sarah has added some chilli pepper liqueur, with chilli salt, lime juice and finished with sugar syrup and ice.
