In the bathroom of a Missouri high school, an excited teen boy showed his pals the scratches on his back that came from having sex with his teacher.
Former Pulaski County math teacher Hailey Clifton-Carmack, 27, was sentenced to four years in prison last October for the taboo trysts. According to local media, her gambit for early release was torpedoed.
The raven-haired predator had completed a 120-day program that could have made her eligible for early release but that was a no-go. She has now been ordered to serve her full sentence.
Another teen dropped a dime on the teacher-teen relationship in December 2023.
After the investigation became public, Clifton-Carmack fled to Texas and was arrested there in January 2024. She pleaded guilty to felony sexual contact with a student in September.
The illicit relationship came to light when the 16-year-old victim showed another student photos of his back, lined with scratches. The victim told his pal the teacher left the marks while they had sex in his driveway.
The witness added that the victim told him “he was the reason [Clifton-Carmack’s] divorce was pushed through.”
One student told cops that Clifton-Carmack “has openly discussed her personal life with the class and stated she has gotten in trouble with the administration for being ‘too close with students.’”
Meanwhile, Texas high school teacher Molly Colleen Spears, 35, of Baytown, was arrested late last week for allegedly having sex with a male student in 2023. She is accused of texting the boy to arrange sexual trysts.
She is charged with a second-degree felony offence of improper relationship between educator and student, according to an indictment filed in Chambers County Court.

Spears — a former teacher at Barbers Hill School in Mont Belvieu — turned herself into the Chambers County jail last week on a warrant for her arrest.
According to the indictment against Spears, while she was a teacher she used an online service to “knowingly solicit by text message” to “meet” the student to “engage in sexual contact and sexual intercourse.”
“She resigned earlier this month,” a district spokesperson said in June 2023, noting that “per policy, the district will not confirm any internal investigation into any matter.”
Spears’ arrest comes at the same time it was revealed a 17-year-old student is the biological father of married teacher Shawnee Nicole Despain’s child.
Despain, 26, pleaded guilty to a charge of an improper relationship between educator and student but managed to dodge a potential 20-year sentence after forfeiting her teaching licence.
The Rockdale High School agricultural science teacher resigned in September 2023 when her sexual relationship with the boy was revealed. She soon became pregnant and a DNA test revealed her hubby was not the dad.
According to cops, Despain groomed the teen through a series of raunchy text messages professing her undying love. For a chaser she sent the teen video of the pair having sex.
When Despain’s husband was away on business, the boy settled in for hormone-charged hijinks.
Despain was initially arrested for child pornography and enacting an improper relationship.
But this week, District Judge John W. Youngblood placed her on a 10-year probation, meaning she will not face any prison time. Nor will she be registered as a sex offender.
Milam County District Attorney Brian Price argued Despain deserved prison time, adding if the case had involved a male teacher and female student, the outcome may have been different.
“My argument to the judge was she was in a position of power and trust over her students and she used that to abuse this young man, and that is going to affect him his entire life,” Price said.
“People put in a position of authority and trust should be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.”
