A beauty enthusiast has shared a number of Zara products perfect for fragrance lovers seeking high-end scents without the steep prices. Debbie, who shares her top budget beauty tips on Instagram under the handle @beauty_glow_girl, recently showcased Zara’s range of perfumes that offer a similar olfactory experience to luxury brands but at a much lower cost.

In her post, Debbie pointed out that Zara’s fragrances, including Energetically New York, Gardenia, Ebony Wood, and Red Vanilla, are comparable to those from prestigious labels such as Le Labo, YSL, Jo Malone, Lancome, and others, yet the price tags are significantly less. Zara’s perfume prices start at just £9.99 and go up to £29.99, whereas their high-end counterparts can set you back anywhere from £55 to £234.

Debbie’s Instagram post stated: “Affordable Zara perfumes that smell like some of your luxury favourites…First up we have Energetically New York 100ml £29.99 which has been compared to Le Labo’s Santal 33 which is £234.

“Gardenia which is £9.99 for 30ml compared to YSL Black Opium which is £95 for 50ml. Red Temptation is obviously popular as you can see from the empty tester.

“This is £22.99 for 80ml and £12.99 for 30ml and has been compared to Maison Francis Baccarat Rouge 540 which is £245 for 70ml,” reports the Mirror.

She also mentioned that Zara’s Ebony Wood, priced at £29.99, is reminiscent of Jo Malone’s London Wood Sage & Sea Salt, which costs £118. Additionally, Zara’s Deep Garden, at £11.99, offers a scent similar to Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl Eau de Parfum, which is priced at £55 for 30ml.

Debbie added: “Zara’s Red Vanilla £12.99 smells similar to La Vie Est Belle, which retails for £64. Zara’s Wonder Rose £9.99 is supposed to smell similar to Dior’s J’adore Eau de Toilette £72.”

The post garnered a lot of attention on Instagram, with shoppers heaping praise on the products and requesting further recommendations. Among the feedback, one user exclaimed: “I love Red Temptation.”

Another commented: “Zara Red Temptation is better than the original!!! Zara [alternatives] are great.”

A third inquired: “Out of M&S and Zara fragrances, which ones do you think have the best [alternatives]? Loved this reel as I LOVE fragrance.”

By choosing Zara’s versions, customers could pocket hundreds of pounds in savings. For those who adore Le Labo’s Santal 33, the high street brand could net them about £204 in savings, while Lancome’s La Vie est Belle fans might keep roughly £49 in their wallets.

Jo Malone enthusiasts could hold onto approximately £88 by opting for Zara’s Ebony Wood. And for those wanting the scent of Maison Francis Baccarat Rouge 540 without breaking the bank, Zara’s Red Temptation could save them around £232.
