A murder investigation is under way after a man was stabbed to death in Dublin city centre.
The victim, an asylum seeker aged in his 30s, is understood to have been socialising earlier at a concert.
The fatal assault happened on South Anne Street in Dublin 2 at around 3am yesterday.
A second man was found with knife injuries and taken to hospital. No arrests have been made, and the injured man has not yet been interviewed by gardaí.
Detectives are still trying to determine the circumstances surrounding the attack, including whether the two men knew each other.
Gardaí are also investigating if they had both been attending a rap concert in the city centre.

Dublin was exceptionally busy when the attack took place, with many people out socialising for St Valentine’s Day.
South Anne Street is a popular location for locals and tourists, with several bars and restaurants there and in the surrounding area.
Emergency services were sent to the scene and discovered one man with serious knife wounds.
He was rushed to St James’s Hospital, but was pronounced dead a short time later.
The second man is also believed to be a foreign national.
The scene was sealed-off for a technical examination, while CCTV footage is being collected to be reviewed.
The area is “very well covered” by CCTV, and gardaí believe it will be key to the investigation.
Gardaí at Pearse Street garda station are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
