Minnesota Timberwolves all-star Anthony Edwards allegedly told Ayesha Howard to get an abortion after she revealed her pregnancy.

According to court documents, Howard claimed she and Edwards “spent time together in various cities while he played for the Minnesota Timberwolves, and during his off-season. In January 2024, discovered that (she) was pregnant with his child,” InTouch Weekly reports.

Howard filed for the paternity verification and child support case to be heard in California after the Minnesota Timberwolves star filed in Georgia.

The influencer claims the NBA all-star was not pleased when she revealed the news and he told her that he wanted no involvement in the child’s life while also blocking her on social media.

“Upon informing Anthony of the pregnancy, he blocked me on all communication platforms and made it clear, through text messages, that he did not want to be involved in the life of our child. His exact words were that our daughter would be a ‘fatherless child,’” she claimed in the docs.

“From that point on, Anthony never reached out to me to inquire about my well-being, the well-being of our child, or any of the needs I had during my pregnancy. I did not receive any support — emotional, financial or otherwise — throughout the entire duration of my pregnancy.”

Howard, a 38-year-old “brand ambassador,” also included alleged texts from Edwards to support her claims, including a reply in which the NBA star asks her to get an abortion.

In one screenshot, Howard wrote: “I’m pregnant … wanted to tell you in person but you gave me no other choice. We probably should have kept it cordial but we’re here now.”

Edwards allegedly replied, “Ok lol. Get da abortion lol.”

Howard told the 23-year-old shooting guard in the texts that she would not terminate the pregnancy and could either keep Edwards “updated through the process” or she can “disappear until the (baby’s) here.”

The shooting guard, who starred in the Netflix’s NBA docuseries Starting 5, allegedly replied, “Omg bye,” with laughing emojis.

Howard revealed on Instagram last year that she had secretly given birth to a girl on Oct. 14, 2024, later revealing the baby’s name as Aubri’ Summers.

Howard also shares son Jason, 9, with rapper Lil Baby.

Edwards has been dating Shannon Jackson since 2020 and the couple share daughter Aislynn, who was born in March 2024. He also is the alleged father of two other kids: 1-year-old girl Aris with Daja and 1-year-old boy Amir with a woman named Ally D.

Page Six reportedly reached out to Howard, a rep for Edwards and their respective legal teams for comment but did not immediately hear back.
