Meghan Markle has been left “upset and stressed” following backlash to her lifestyle brand.
The Duchess of Sussex initially teased American Riviera Orchard in March 2024, but the project is yet to be released to the public.
The brand, which will offer a range of products including jam, honey, and olive oil, has reportedly faced significant setbacks and delays but is set to be released in retail stores next month, sources have claimed.
Royal author Tom Quinn has claimed that “Meghan was hugely upset and stressed when her internet home-making venture was mocked.”

The first product line launch will reportedly coincide with Meghan Markle’s new Netflix show “With Love, Meghan,” which is confirmed to begin streaming on March 4.
After many delays, American Riviera Orchard products will be available to buy from Netflix House stores – which will open in early March at two major American retail centres, including the King of Prussia Mall in Philadelphia and the Dallas Galleria.
The release will mark a crucial moment for the Duchess’s entrepreneurial ambitions.
An onsite café will be a feature of the stores, where customers can sample Meghan’s products.

This includes the strawberry jam, which was previously sent to celebrity friends like Chrissy Teigen and Kris Jenner last year in the brand’s Instagram launch.
Netflix House is described by the streaming giant as “a year-round home for fans to live the stories they love” with rotating experiences, exclusive merchandise, food and drinks.
The stores, which will showcase merchandise from Netflix’s biggest shows like Squid Game and Stranger Things, will be set up in repurposed department stores.
A Netflix source told the Mail: “Netflix is expanding and growing all the time and Netflix House is a natural progression.”
