Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering former Borussia Dortmund manager Edin Terzic as a potential replacement for Ange Postecoglou, whose position at the club appears increasingly precarious.
According to TEAMtalk, Postecoglou’s sacking is ‘closer than ever’ as the north London club evaluates their managerial options.
The 42-year-old Terzic has emerged as a leading candidate to take over at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with the club attracted to his immediate availability following his departure from Dortmund last summer.
Terzic is said to be ‘very interested’ in securing a Premier League role for his next managerial position.

The German coach already has experience in English football, having previously served as Slaven Bilic’s assistant at West Ham United for two seasons until November 2017.
His potential appointment at Spurs follows earlier links to Manchester United, where he was considered as a replacement for Erik ten Hag before the Red Devils opted for Ruben Amorim.
During his time at Dortmund, Terzic led the German club to the Champions League final last season.
He also came agonisingly close to securing the Bundesliga title in the 2022/23 campaign, with Bayern Munich ultimately prevailing only on goal difference.

Despite these achievements, Terzic chose to step away from Dortmund at the conclusion of last season, stating that ‘a new era should begin with a new man on the touchline’ after his eight years at the club.
Tottenham’s current form has been concerning, with just one victory in their last eight Premier League matches.
The club now sits only 10 points above the relegation zone, highlighting their dramatic decline in form.
Sunday’s clash with Manchester United could prove decisive for Postecoglou’s future at the club.
While club officials acknowledge the impact of an ongoing injury crisis, it’s been reported that Postecoglou is ‘in growing danger of being sacked’ following their FA Cup defeat to Aston Villa.
