A Toronto Police officer has been sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after cops responded Tuesday morning to a call for a man being threatened.
Police say they arrived at the scene at Bathurst St. and Lawrence Ave. W. around 8:40 a.m.
In a post on X, police said the suspect became violent and one officer sustained an injury to the head and was transferred to a hospital for treatment.
The suspect was arrested on the scene. There’s no word yet on charges.
