Remington’s best-selling hair straighteners have been discounted on Amazon to under £30. The Shine Therapy Hair Straightener—which have an RRP of £79.99— are now on sale for £26.99.
This price beats Boots (£36.99) and Currys (£79.99). The heated plates on Remington’s Shine Therapy Hair Straightener are coated with Moroccan Argan Oil for a sleek and glossy finish to your hair.
The tool has nine settings and can reach temperatures between 150°C–230°C. The straightener is available in two sizes – the regular tool is designed for people with short or mid-length hair. There’s also an option that has wider plates; this is for people who have longer and thicker hair.

The wider Shine Therapy Hair Straightener is also on sale for £29.99, usually also £79.99. Both straighteners have a fast heat-up of 15 seconds and auto shut off after 60 minutes. The Remington tools have more than 30,000 customer reviews and are one of Amazon’s most popular haircare tools. More than 8,000 have been bought in the past month alone.
One customer rated them five-stars, saying: “Very pleased with these. Heat up fast: It is nice to be able to use the lock temprature option to keep at the desired temperature whilst using. I have a jawline classic bob hairstyle, and it takes me about three minutes with these to get my (dry) hair as I want it once the desired temperature is reached.
“It cools down well after use and a good mechanism for keeping it closed when cooled down and not in use. Does seem to leave hair a bit shinier after use. I only use it once over each portion of my hair, as I have no wish to overdo it! Leaves hair smooth.”
