The shocking death of OnlyFans star Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves — who was killed during a threesome being filmed on a balcony — was an accident, police say.

The 23-year-old adult content creator — also known as Anna Polly — plunged to her death from a hotel balcony in Nova Iguacu, in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro, on Jan. 23.

At the time of her death, the starlet was shooting a threesome with two men. Cops believe she slipped as she climbed onto the balcony railing.

Her two playmates have not been named.

It took detectives almost three weeks to determine that Alves’ death was an accident.

According to cops, the tragic porn star had been hammering drugs just minutes before the tragedy. Investigators are still waiting for results from the toxicology report. At that point, the probe will be closed, police said.

According to the Daily Mail, footage of the incident filmed from a building across from the death hotel shows a detective removing a bloodstained sheet from Alves’ body.

A major celebrity in Brazil, she was at the hotel specifically to film the three-way sex. As a result, the comprehensive probe went over CCTV and interviewed scores of witnesses as well as the three men who were in the hotel room at the time of death.

Brazilian media outlet Metropoles quoted the victim’s family as claiming that her handlers were pressuring her for raunchier sex. In addition, she was being harassed online by some of her most fanatical fans.

Detectives were aware of the issue and seized her phone as evidence.

But what initially triggered police suspicions was that the men in the room told conflicting tales about what occurred.

There have been no arrests.

“All the information about the case is already in the hands of the police and they are investigating,” the dead woman’s boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, told Brazilian magazine Quem. “If someone is to blame, they will pay and the culprit will be found. She died in the fall. There was no time to save her.”

Henrique added in an emotional tribute: “It’s so difficult without you. As the hours pass it’s starting to sink in and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger.”

A pal told Brazilian media that Alves had major ambitions to expand her social media footprint.

The friend said: “She had loads of plans, she wanted to expand her presence on social media and she always spoke enthusiastically about her future projects. This news has left everyone stunned.”

Meanwhile, British police said dozens of crimes have been reported over the past five years in connection to OnlyFans, Somerset Live reports. The Mirror reported that cops probed 61 crimes connected to the raunchy site.

None of the investigations resulted in charges.

But across the U.K. there have been at least 10 cases of women claiming they were forced to engage in sex work on the platform. In addition, there were 21 reported rapes where OnlyFans was mentioned and more than a dozen cases of underage girls involved with the site.

OnlyFans revealed it has had nearly 180 legal requests from U.K. law enforcement in the last two years and a spokesperson said: “OnlyFans works closely with law enforcement agencies around the world.

“Unlike other platforms, OnlyFans knows the legal identity of all its users so is uniquely placed to support investigations. This approach means OnlyFans is an extremely hostile environment for anyone seeking to abuse our platform.”
