Fairhill Shopping Centre in Co Antrim is investing in improvements to the property as it prepares for the opening of a new Primark.
The centre, which is owned by property firm Magmel (Ballymena), will carry out improvements to the inside of the centre and spend on branding in the culmination of a £10m investment.
It will add new floor tiles, improve lighting in the malls and redesign and improve the store facades.
The refreshed branding will include a new logo design and updated signage for both the internal and external areas of the centre, as well as the car park.
Ryan Walker, director of Magmel, said: “We are really pleased with the pace of developments at Fairhill and are particularly excited to announce this latest significant investment.
“By quarter four of 2025, we will have successfully repositioned Fairhill back onto the list of must-visit retail destinations in Northern Ireland.
“We have some exciting tenant announcements to make in the coming months and there is a real sense of excitement of what lies ahead for Fairhill.
“We really appreciate our customers’ patience and cooperation over the last year which has involved significant construction projects and at times, some associated disruption.”
The work is due to start in March and continue over the next few months.
The new Primark, due to open later this year, will be the second-largest in Northern Ireland and occupy around 26,100 sq ft.
The fast-fashion retailer is locating from the Tower Centre in Ballymena.
