If you haven’t given up your New Year’s resolution of getting healthy just yet, or perhaps you took part in Veganuary and want to continue to incorporate vegan meals into your diet, Aldi’s got you covered.

Helping shoppers who are on a health kick or prioritising their gut health – the latest wellness trend – Aldi have a plant-based range that’s perfect.

Improving and maintaining gut health and a diverse gut microbiome is of vital importance. Experts say the best way to improve our gut microbiome is to eat a high-fibre, plant-based, low-fat diet.

To help achieve these health goals, Aldi’s Plant Menu No Chicken Smash Burgers (£1.99), are perfect. They can be pan fried, grilled or cooked in the air fryer.

The supermarket’s “gut-loving burgers” are available in stores, coming in three delicious flavours, meaning shoppers can eat healthily without compromising on flavour.

There is a choice of Tex Mex, with a hearty fresh combination of chunky tomato salsa, black bean and green jalapenos, BBQ, made with a smoky Korean style seasoning and Chargrilled, packed with vegan chicken and freshly cracked black pepper.

“Each burger is high in protein and low in saturated fat, also offering a delicious and convenient way to support gut health with help from elements of chicory root fibre,” Aldi said.

But burgers aren’t the only features of this new gut-health range. Shoppers can also get the new Gut Health Greek Style Chicken Ready Meal (£2.89), which contains just 424 calories per pack and is high in protein and low in fat. This dish works perfectly for lunch or dinner.

The supermarket is also offering a new Immunity Moroccan Style Chicken Ready Meal (£2.89), helping shoppers get healthy, for less.
