Amazon shoppers could bag a designer perfume for a fraction of its normal cost just before Valentine’s Day. Right now, the bottle is discounted by more than 70% of its usual price, but stock is limited.
The Calvin Klein CKIN2U For Her Eau de Toilette has had a massive price drop from £62 to just £17.95. This is labelled by Amazon as a limited-time deal, meaning once it’s gone it’s gone.
At the moment, over half of the stock has been claimed by savvy shoppers. So, if you want to get a bottle for yourself, then you need to act quickly.
Both floral and fruity, the scent fuses notes of pink grapefruit, sugar orchid, white cactus, red cedar and vanilla soufflé. Its profile reads: “An eau de toilette for the woman who is always on the go, travelling with confidence towards her goals”.
It’s been described as both “sexy and sophisticated” with an aroma that “celebrates the female spirit”. It offers “feelings of sensual freedom and ultimate power, where passionate expression is encouraged and celebrated”, reports the Mirror.
Amazon also offers speedy delivery for customers. On February 7, the website claimed your parcel would arrive on Wednesday, February 12. The fragrance has been given dozens of positive reviews online. One customer said: “[This] is a captivating fragrance that perfectly blends modernity with timeless elegance.”
Meanwhile, another shared: “I’ve received numerous compliments whenever I wear this perfume. Its unique and pleasant aroma leaves a lasting impression, making it a favourite among my friends and family.”
A third shopper added: “Such a lovely big bottle!! This has got such a lovely scent, and what a bargain!” Another customer praised it as “one of [their] favourite perfumes” that’s now selling for “a very reasonable price”. A fifth Amazon buyer wrote: “Such a lovely fragrance just use it every day. Good refreshing aroma.”
However, the reviews weren’t all positive. One disgruntled buyer reported: “You can hardly smell the scent, and it doesn’t last long. Within about half an hour couldn’t even smell the fragrance.” Another warned: “This perfume sent has zero staying power! Avoid and save your money!”
For those looking for alternatives, many stores are currently running promotions for Valentine’s Day. Notably, on the Boots website, Vera Wang Princess is now available for £22, down from £66. Superdrug also has an enticing offer on Versace Woman Eau de Parfum. The price has been cut from £66 to £22.50, and customers have the added bonus of a buy one get one half price deal on selected fragrances too.
