Bristol’s Siren festival has announced another headline performance which will close the weekend for an outdoor summer party. Two huge figures in the world of electronic dance music, Sasha & Digweed will take over the Amphitheatre on Sunday, July 27, joining the line-up that currently includes Bloc Party (Friday, July 25) and all-day drum and bass event RUN All Day (Saturday, July 26).

Renowned for their seamless back-to-back sets and influence on UK club culture, Sasha & Digweed have been defining and re-defining the scene since the 1990s. The last time the iconic pair performed in Bristol, it sold out in just 30 minutes and now they mark their return with their biggest ever Bristol show.

The pair will go toe-to-toe at the Amphitheatre for the closing day of Siren’s summer event series and fans are promised an ‘unforgettable headline performance as they’re taken on a euphoric journey through decades of pioneering dance music, taking crowds back in time with their retro energy’.

Tom Hoyle, co-founder of Siren, said: “We can’t wait for everyone to be back at the Amphitheatre this summer for Siren! We’ve got an incredible line-up of shows. Sasha & Digweed have been at the forefront of dance music for decades and following their sell-out in Bristol last year, Sunday night at the Harbourside is going to be legendary. If you’re looking for a proper alfresco dance party – you know where to get it, Bristol.”
