Vogue Williams admits marriage to Spencer Matthews “hasn’t changed a lot” as she reflects upon their relationship together.
Television and radio presenter Vogue, 39, and former Made in Chelsea star Spencer, 36, married in 2018. Before that Vogue had been in a five-year marriage with former Westlife singer Brian McFadden.
On the My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast, Vogue revealed she was keen to “make it official” with reality star Spencer. It came as a listener wrote to Vogue and co-host Joanne McNally saying their long-term partner wasn’t keen to walk down the aisle together.

Responding to the listener, Vogue said: “If I was with somebody and they didn’t want kids, that would be a cut and run because there’s such a big difference but I think being a married woman, and having got married a couple of times, I can understand why you would want to get married, and I did want to make it official.
“But now that I think about it, I’m like, I don’t think I’d be that pushed, for when I’m planning the third.”

Co-host Joanne asked Vogue if she thinks marriage isn’t “all it’s cracked up to be”. She added: “It’s not that it’s not all it’s cracked up to be, it just doesn’t change a lot.”
Vogue went on to say she would have “felt sad” if Spencer didn’t want to get married. She however admitted it was “really embarrassing” to walk down the aisle.
Spencer and Vogue married on the reality star’s 10,000-acre family estate in Scotland in June 2018. The “secluded” ceremony was attended by a small number of guests including Spencer’s brother James and his wife Pippa Middleton.
At the time Spencer described it as a “family affair in the middle of nowhere”. They have since welcomed three children – Theodore, six, Gigi, four, and Otto, two.
The couple have previously revealed they have decided three children is enough. On their Spencer and Vogue podcast, the Irish presenter said: “I think we have decided that we are quite happy with three kids.”
Spencer added: “I think, for now, we have decided that we want to focus on our beautiful family as it is, because we have had so many years of it just being hectic. Like, it’s just beginning to feel normal now, and every time we get to that, we bolt on another kid.”
