Two lucky Brits have won the National Lottery’s “Set for Life” prize, with each winner set to receive £10,000 every month for the next 30 years.

The life-changing prizes, worth a combined £7.2million, are yet to be claimed by the winners.

Andy Carter, Senior Winners Advisor at National Lottery operators Allwyn, said: “What an exciting night for Set For Life players, as we have two top prize winners! They can now celebrate winning £10k every month for 30 years.”

The double win marks a significant moment for the popular lottery game, which offers winners a guaranteed monthly income rather than a one-off payment.

Tonight’s winning numbers were 03, 13, 23, 34, 39, with Life Ball 04.

“Players are urged to check their tickets and to give us a call to claim these latest fantastic Set For Life top prizes,” said Carter.

Both winners set to receive monthly payments spanning three decades, with the occurrence of dual top prize winners in a single draw a rare occurrence.

More than 216,000 players secured wins in tonight’s draw, with prizes totalling £8million.

Among the winners, 41 players matched four numbers and the Life Ball to win £250 each.

A further 376 players won £50 for matching four numbers, while 1,650 secured £30 each for matching three numbers and the Life Ball.

Some 13,456 players earned £20 for matching three numbers, with 20,771 winning £10 for matching two numbers and the Life Ball.

The largest group of winners comprised 179,647 players who each won £5 for matching two numbers.

Carter highlighted the broader impact of the National Lottery, stating: “Playing any National Lottery game is more than just a chance to win; it’s a way to contribute to something much bigger!”

He noted that players help generate approximately £30million weekly for National Lottery-funded projects.

“With over 700,000 grants awarded to date, this funding touches every part of the UK,” he said.

The funding supports various sectors, from arts and sports to local community groups and the preservation of iconic British landmarks.
