After winning Album of the Year at the Grammy’s on Sunday and finally announcing the long awaited Cowboy Carter tour, fans are speculating whether Beyoncé could be heading to Somerset this summer for Glastonbury.

The Cowboy Carter tour will see the 43-year-old heading to cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, London, Paris, Houston, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas.

The European shows will see her headline four nights at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Stade de France in Paris. Tickets go on general sale at 12pm local time on Friday, 14 February, with different presales taking place from February 11 – 13.

But fans are hoping the current tour schedule could me the superstar is heading to Glastonbury Music Festival, due to the gap in her schedule between June 22 and 27. Glastonbury is taking place from June 25 – 29.

The singer previously headlined the festival in 2011, making her the first solo Black woman to headline the Pyramid Stage. Only a few artists have been confirmed to play Glastonbury 2025 so far, including Neil Young, Rod Stewart, and Nile Rodgers.

Other rumoured headliners include Eminem, Sam Fender, Olivia Rodrigo, Stevie Wonder and Charli XCX.

Glastonbury celebrated 50 years back in 2020, and after this summer’s festival, there will be a temporary break, known as ‘fallow years’, which gives the land, local population and organisers a break.

Beyoncé is the Grammy’s most decorated artist ever, receiving 99 overall nominations throughout her career so far. However, before Sunday night, she had never previously won the Album of the Year, despite being nominated four times before.

As well as winning Album of the Year on Sunday, she also took home Best Country Album, and Best country duo/group performance.
