Beauty fans have been rushing to LookFantastic to snap up a limited edition edit that saves more than £145 on premium makeup, skincare and fragrance products. Some even loved it so much, they’ve stocked up on multiple boxes, saving themselves hundreds of pounds in the process.
It comes as the health and beauty giant has released a limited edition Valentine’s Day Edit, which costs £50, but is worth £195. Inside, there are seven items, five of which are full-sized, with two generous travel-sized products.
Shoppers can expect some seriously impressive brands, too, from Elemis and Iconic to 111Skin and Sol de Janeiro. Plus, there’s one product inside – the Laura Mercier Bath and Body Oil Ambre Vanille – which is worth more than the price you pay, valued at £62 alone.
I’ve unboxed dozens of beauty boxes in my time as a shopping writer, and this particular one might just be up there with one of my favourites. Packed with premium skincare, makeup, and fragrance, this haul immediately feels well-rounded and spans a range of categories. The only thing missing is haircare, but actually, I’m not a huge fan of hair products, so that suits me just fine.
The Laura Mercier oil is my favourite item in the box as it instantly elevates any pamper night with a rich, nourishing formula and indulgent scent. It smells of amber, vanilla and sandalwood, which lingers on the skin for hours and earns me tonnes of compliments.
And I’m not the only fan of the edit, with dozens of shoppers heaping praise on the haul on the LookFantastic website. One said: “Love this edit. Bought 3 boxes.! It’s such a great value. Love the bath oil and mascara. All the products are fabulous.”
Another added: “I love the Valentine’s Edit. It’s the first time I can say that I love every item in the box. Usually, edits will have a mix and match of good and not-so-good products, but this edit was everything. The Laura Mercier oil smells and feels amazing; it is soft on the skin and has a beautiful vanilla scent. Can’t wait to use my 111skin masks. And who doesn’t love a Sol de Janeiro in an edit? Can’t fault this Valentine’s edit or its price.”
However, some didn’t love every single product in the collection, though this particular customer still left a five-star rating, even though they weren’t sold by the blush. They wrote: “My main reason for getting this box was Laura Mercier as it is a very expensive brand, but I love the body line. It smells and feels amazing. 2 face masks are a great addition to the set, and it’s amazing masks. One product I won’t be using is blush as it doesn’t look good on my skin colour and makes me look more ill than healthy. Overall, I am very happy with the box.”
Another added: “Received this today. Loved everything about it. The masks are amazing , after one use today, my skin is glowing. Tried the fragrance, loved it, first time using this brand. Have used Iconic London before, first time using the mascara – lovely finish. Delighted I took the plunge and ordered this.”
