A recent study points to a trend where men are eager to take charge of their lives this year, with many aspiring to elevate their physical and mental health to increase their happiness.

The survey sampled 1,000 men and found that 43 per cent are seeking a stronger sense of purpose in their daily activities, as almost half admitted to struggling with distinguishing the days due to monotony.

Two thirds said they often feel like they’re not fully making the most of their lives, and one-third feel they spend too much time on unfulfilling tasks.

Although financial concerns, a lack of motivation and tight schedules can be hurdles, an impressive 90 per cent of men have already started to make changes to improve their wellbeing.

For 36 per cent they have started dedicating more time to outdoor activities to bond with nature, while 31 per cent are striving for a healthier balance between work and personal life.

The brand has also joined forces with transformation coach David James Seed, to offer further tips on how to feel more in control.

David said: “The culture around us keeps many stuck in their heads, caught in emotions, and disconnected from the present moment.

“Through deep breathwork, mindful nutrition, and a balanced diet, we can break that cycle -stepping out of our minds and into our hearts, where truth and clarity reside.”

He explained active mediation breathwork can be a game-changer in controlling your nervous system and soothing the mind, shifting you from stress to clarity.

He further added that fuelling your body with wholesome, nutrient-packed foods bolsters this process, laying the groundwork for overall well-being.

A spokesperson for Vitabiotics Wellman chimed in: “Men worldwide are realising that 2025 can be a transformative yeara time to take back control over their physical and mental well-being.”

“In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel swamped, but taking simple, intentional steps towards self-care is crucial.

Whether it’s setting healthier boundaries, prioritising fitness, or seeking support, the shift begins with a commitment to change – this journey is about empowerment, not perfection.”
